A meet and greet is mandatory to ensure we meet the dog(s). So the next time we come to your place the pup(s) will associate us as friendly visitors.
It allows us, team members and you to discuss about your dog habits, little quirks, any medical issues that we should be aware.
Check in visit is a short visit at your place. We will ensure all pets are safe, have enough water and feed (if mention at booking).
If feeding is required, we’ll ask you to leave us clear instructions, all equipments (e.i bowl, slow feeder…) and food easily accessible.
Yes we can! When visiting cat(s) we check on water, food, change the litter box, have a little play or just hanging out. Hanging out is sometimes just what they need. All food and equipment, litter material and medication ( if required) need to be left easily accessible.
Yes we do, we understand things don’t go as planned sometimes. Last minute booking will depend on availability. We will as well proceed to a meet & greet at the earliest convenience.
Yes we can.
Like for any other booking we will care for your pet while you are working.
Be mindful some pets will prefer to stay at home with their family rather than go out. In those cases we will discuss other options.
Yes we do. We do have a Pet Professional Insurance.
Yes, Stephanie is finishing the NDTF course.
She has already implemented some changes in her walk with some of her clients.
And new service as « walk & train » will be created soon.
We will continue the routines and cues that you put in place for some of you: E.I ask the dog to sit before crossing a street.
