Terms & Conditions

Meet & Greet

Meet & Greet is mandatory before any bookings. 

The meet & greet will take place at your home, where we will discuss details about your pet and the service you are looking for.

Booking Enquiry

Enquiry prior to a booking is necessary to confirm availability of staff.

Payment of services

Full payment for the service is to be made at booking time.


Booking Time

Booking times are  guidelines, we will do our best to be as accurate as possible. In case of delays we will contact you.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a Cancellation is made by the user, there will be no refunds. However, if notice is given no later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the original booking, We will do our best to reschedule the session for another agreed date/time. Please email : steph@allpawsandbarks.com.au or text : 0405266701

Medical Issues & Emergency

In the event of a  medical emergency, All Paws & Barks will make contact with the person stated on the booking form. We will then require an agreed action plan and/or permission to transport the pet to an agreed Vet/destination if the owner cannot get to the property within a timely manner. 


If a pet had or has any conditions, symptoms whether diagnosed by a qualified veterinarian or not, All Paws & Barks will not be held liable for any medical care or claims. 

Medical conditions of the pets must be acknowledged to All Paws and Barks staff. In a case of a  specific diet, we will use only your pet’s treats and/or food.


In the event of a dog/s harming one of our member, the owner will help cover any necessary medical costs incurred. 

Property Damage

All Paws & Barks is/will not be held liable for any property/item’s issues, loss or damages .

Termination & Account Cancellation

All Paws & Barks reserve the right to suspend or even cancel accounts without prior notice.

All Paws & Barks may provide notice of termination by email but is not obliged to do so.

To request cancellation of membership, please email: steph@allpawsandbarks.com.

However, it is important to note that the client is personally liable for any Bookings or pending transactions that apply to them or charges that they may have incurred prior to the termination/cancellation.
